Our default terms are FOB Jinhua / Shanghai. For large-volume projects, CIF / DAP can be supported. Mold costs and sampling costs will be listed separately to avoid confusion with mass-production quotations.

Quotations for standard electronic component projects are valid for 30 days, while quotations for bulk metal structural parts are valid for 14 days. When exchange rates or raw material prices fluctuate significantly, the adjustment rules will be stated in the quotation.

On business days, your inquiry will be received by the regional sales team within 8 hours. If a cross-department solution is involved, we will provide initial feedback within 24 hours and arrange a suitable time-zone window for further communication.

We have business support available in Chinese, English, German, Japanese, and Korean. Emails and online meetings will preferably use the client’s primary language, with an English summary provided when necessary.
